Shipping Within Australia

All orders are shipped with Australia Post. You’ll receive a confirmation email once your order is on the way.

Typical delivery times:

Standard: 20 - 30 business days

Express: 10 - 15 business days

(These are estimates from Australia Post and may vary during busy periods.)

Shipping Costs

Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on your order size and location. I always try to keep postage as affordable as possible.

Packaging

I take a lot of care to make sure your order arrives safely.

Prints: shipped in a protective tube to keep them safe during transit

Greeting cards: shipped in a large rigid envelope to prevent bending

Commissions: packaged securely based on the artwork type

🚚 Do you ship internationally?

Not at this time. Hopkins Heartworks currently ships within Australia only.

Lost or Delayed Parcels

If your parcel seems delayed, please reach out and I’ll help track it down. Once an item is lodged with Australia Post, delivery times are unfortunately out of my control — but I’ll always do what I can to assist.

Incorrect Address

Please double‑check your shipping details at checkout. If an order is returned due to an incorrect address, additional postage costs may apply to resend it.
